We’re a jewellery store in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada operating as Eternity Jewellery and Fine Heirlooms (legal entity Tery & Jery Jewellery Ltd.). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to contact us about your information.

   • Opt-out: call the shop or email teryjery@telusplanet.net.
      

4. Internal shop notes (in-person service).
    

   • What: preferences, order history, and practical narrative details from past visits.

   • Why: to personalize service and support after-sales care.

   • Sharing: never shared; internal staff reference only.
      

We do not sell personal information and we do not collect sensitive categories beyond what you voluntarily provide.
