This website may showcase products and services. In-store sales are governed by the sales terms provided at the time of purchase (e.g., pricing, taxes, returns, repairs, warranties). We do not currently support online checkouts.

(doing business as Eternity Jewellery and Fine Heirlooms) and is protected by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tery & Jery Jewellery Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is capped at the greater of CAD $100 or the amounts you paid to us for the specific online service or product at issue in the three months preceding the claim.
